我国目前正全面推进海绵城市建设,老城在这一过程中遇到了诸多问题。本文对美国纽约市绿色基础设施建设的规划、实施过程、监测评估以及成本效益进行介绍,并针对建设过程中面临的实际挑战及解决方案进行详细的阐述,以期为我国老城的海绵城市建设的方略、目标、建设方案的完善提供参考。
Abstract:Currently, China is fully promoting the construction of sponge city, which encounters many problems in old cities especially. By introducing the plan, implementing process, monitoring evaluation and cost-effectiveness of green infrastructure renovation in New York City, the US, this paper elaborates the challenges and solutions in the process of construction in detail, supplying advice for the optimization of strategy, objective and development scheme of sponge city construction in Chinese old cities.

(1)绿色基础设施的拓展性:其一,绿色基础设施的主要组成部分由植物(消能、净化和吸收)、土壤(横向、纵向渗透和微生物净化)、卵石(消能、固定和吸附)、水(消能、稀释和净化)等构成,这些组成部分自身都含有一定的拓展性容量;其二,绿色基础设施具有遭遇外界冲击后一段时间内、一定程度上自动恢复的韧性;其三,绿色基础设施除具有排水功能还具有降低热岛效应,提升城市固碳能力等功能。
