在中国快速城市化时期,高速铁路网的建设将迅速缩短沿线城市的时间距离,并对区域和城市发展产生重要影响。本文利用可达性方法,研究中国高速铁路网络的布局和规划及其对中国城市空间结构重组的潜在影响。研究发现,高速铁路网的空间格局与中国经济、人口分布特征一致,存在明显的空间特征差异;高铁建设能提高可达性,产生时空收敛效应,并推动生产要素在市场经济的作用下重新进行空间配置,从而引导人口和产业的集聚趋势,对中国城市空间结构的重组产生一定影响。
Abstract：The paper tries to study the evolution of urban spatial structure with the development of high-speed rail network in China.As we all know the high-speed rail can greatly shorten the travel time among cities along the rail and improve each city’s accessibility.Based on the accessibility method and the distribution and planning of China’s high-speed rail this paper evaluates each city’s hinterlands and its influence to cities’ competition.As a result the research first finds that the spatial pattern of high-speed rails presents similar characteristics as China’s economy and population distribution with obvious spatial difference;Second high-speed rail improves cities’ accessibility with spatial-convergence effect which drives the re-allocation of production factors with the guidance of market economy.Finally the convergence trend of population and industry maybe change and influence the re-construction of China’s urban spatial structure.
