本文首先回顾与总结了住区发展过程中的经典模式,然后介绍与分析国外住区规划中道路空间模式的新近研究成果,归纳出住区交通组织和开放空间的构成与发展特征,阐述了住区道路空间格局的规划设计的实质应当是在其交通性与生活性两种功能之间寻求一种平衡。
Abstract：The article firstly reviews and analyzes the classical road patterns in development of neighborhood community planning,then introduces recent studies in oversea related research and practice,by the end summaries the development trend of traffic organization and open space layout in neighborhood planning.In conclusion,the article proposes that the essence of residential road system design is to find a dynamic balance between as traffic channels and as living spaces.
