中东欧"后社会主义"转型后,其城市空间结构发生了重大变化。在对大量文献进行梳理的基础上,对中东欧后社会主义城市社会空间与空间形态的研究成果进行总结。其中,对社会空间的研究述评,主要从绅士化、封闭社区等几个角度对居住空间分异与隔离等相关问题的研究进行总结;对空间形态的研究述评,主要从总体空间形态、郊区化与空间蔓延、中心区的变化三个角度进行总结。最后对上述城市空间演化的理论研究进展进行总结,涉及新自由城市主义理论、城市企业主义理论、全球化理论。
Abstract：Great changes have occurred in urban spatial structure of CEE(Central and East Europe) post-socialist cities since the start of transition.Based on a review of related literature,this paper makes a generalization on the studies of social space and urban form of CEE transitional cities.Literature review on social space is mainly conducted in the view of gentrification and gated community,whereas the generalization on urban form is made in the perspective of overall city form,suburbanization and urban sprawl,and changes in downtown.Finally,studies on neoliberal urbanism,urban entrepreneurialism and globalization theory are reviewed to explain the changes of urban spatial structure of CEE cities.
