在经济发展和快速城市化背景下,作为城市基本组成单元的社区是否具有活力(Vitality)是评价城市改造社会学意义的重要指标。本文基于2005至2009年北京三环路内所有街道中的商业,特别是服务于街区范围菜市场和小商业分布的调研,应用空间句法理论和模型,从城市层级交通网络和街区内道路拓扑空间形态角度分析其空间逻辑。进而从街道空间设计角度为促进和保持街区活力提供一些可供参考的空间控制参数。
Abstract：In the context of rapid urbanization in last decade in China, the vitality of local everyday life is an important factor to evaluate the social effect of urban renewal projects. This research focuses on the distribution of shops inside the 3rd ring of Beijing, especially those local shops and markets. Using space syntax theory and model, this paper analyses the topological spatial configuration of street pattern and the transportation networks. The finding could offer us knowledge on the relavent spatial factors which can help maintain the vitality of everyday life.
