早在上世纪70年代,加拿大、美国等城市已经开始沿交通走廊进行土地综合开发的广泛实践工作。随后,若干年间,规划师和政府有关当局中就实践工作中的经验总结出了相关理论。这些理论和实践工作具有很强的实际指导意义,本文着重介绍了最早提出联合开发概念的加拿大在土地利用与交通设施联合开发方面的理论研究及实践经验。

Since 1970’s, integrating landdevelopment has begun in cities of America andCanada. A few years later, planners and governmentauthorities summarized experience in practice. Thesetheories and practice are very important in thefollowing experiences and research. This paper focuseson the theories and practice in Canada where firstbegan to take the idea of integrating land development.
