在新中国成立至改革开放前的30年间,单位大院构成了中国城市空间的基本地域单元,是城市空间扩展的主要方式。改革开放以来,面临经济—社会—制度的全面转型,中国城市空间正经历着激烈的空间重构。单位大院的空间及社会变化是中国城市社会经济转型与空间重构过程的微观缩影,是理解与透视转型期中国城市空间与社会变化的重要视角。本研究基于对北京市典型工业企业单位京棉二厂实地考察、访谈,以及厂史资料等多元数据,通过复原其从50年代建厂至今半个多世纪以来的不同历史时期的空间变化过程,从空间模式、空间秩序等方面分析单位大院的空间性,试图通过对单位大院的空间变化进行"解剖麻雀"式的案例研究来透视中国城市转型与重构的空间过程。
Abstract：In the three decades after the foundation of People’s Republic of China, Danwei compound has been the basic spatial territory in urban China and it has also been the main form by which urban space expanded largely outside the old city. Since the opening up, under the background of comprehensive economic-social-institutional transition, drastic spatial changes are being taken place in urban China. The spatial and social changes of Danwei compound are the micro processes of great transformation in urban China, and they are also important perspectives to understand the process and mechanism of spatial and social changes of urban space. Based on the multiple source data about Beijing No.2 textile factory, including sites visit, interview and historical documents, firstly, this paper aims at recovering the detailed process of spatial changing within the Danwei compound in different periods more than half a century since it was founded. Secondly, this paper analyses the spatialities of Danwei compound focusing on its spatial pattern, spatial order and so on. Finally, this paper tries to understand the process of urban transformation and spatial restructuring in transitional urban China through" anatomy of the sparrow" style case study on Beijing No.2 textile factory Danwei compound.
