城市用地的快速扩张已成为当今世界城市化进程中的显著特征。北京市是世界上的特大城市之一,近年来城市人口急剧增加、城市化进程快速推进,并且出现了以城市用地快速扩张,耕地、草地急剧消退为主要特征的大规模土地利用与覆盖变化现象。为了揭示北京市城市用地扩张与城市化的空间推进规律及其驱动机理,本文采用RS和GIS综合集成的研究方法,探讨了北京市城市用地空间扩张的动态变化特征、交通区位特征、重心迁移特征和异速增长特征,并对城市空间扩张的机理进行了分析。
Abstract：The rapid expansion of urban land use has become a remarkable characteristic of today's urbanization in the world.Beijing is one of the international megalopolises.Along with the rapid accretion of urban population in Beijing,there was a remarkable expansion in urban land use and land cover in the past 14 years.In order to reveal the spatial disciplinarian and the driving mechanism of urban land expansion,this paper applies the integrated method of remote sensing and geographic information systems to examine the dynamic changes,spatial patterns,traffic locations,barycenter migrations,allometric growth and driving mechanism of urban land expansion in Beijing.
