Abstract:

With the deepening of research on the mechanism of human brain activity, the content and methods of neuroscience, a cutting-edge research field, can provide reference for innovative exploration in the field of architecture and cities. The mechanism of how the brain forms spatial perception is a fundamental issue in the field of architecture and urban studies, and there is also an urgent need to explore health and emotions, brain computer interaction, and other issues based on brain spatial perception. In response to the above issues and trends, the cross integration of brain science and architectural urban fields can form the research field of urban and architectural spatial brain science. This field establishes a "space brain machine" research system to explore the design basic theories, technologies, and application scenarios supported by the discovery of space cognitive mechanisms of brain.
