城乡一体化是当前城乡发展问题研究的热点和难点,国外发达国家正步入城乡一体化的高级阶段,一些发展中国家也先后开始对城乡一体化发展进行一系列的探索。这些国家的研究在取得初步成效的同时,积累了诸多有益的成果和经验。本文从国际视角分析国外城乡一体化的发展现状及研究进展,总结国外城乡一体化的发展理论、现实特征及发展模式等,通过对国际城乡一体化发展形成的综合性和历史性认识,特别是了解他们目前的发展思路和规划建设来为我国当前城乡一体化建设研究提供可能的借鉴经验和发展思路,从而丰富我国城乡一体化的研究成果。
Abstract：Currently, the integration of urban and rural is one of the hot and difficult issues in city development. From the world development experience of urban-rural integration, developed countries are stepping into the advanced stage, while some developing countries have also started a series of exploration on it. These countries have accumulated a lot of useful results and experience besides having obtained initial effect. This article analyzes the current state as well as research progress of urban-rural integration in foreign countries in views of international perspectives. The development theory, practical characteristics and development modes are summarized here. Through understanding the comprehensiveness and historical properties of international integration of urban and rural, especially about their current development and construction planning, we provide a reference experience and route of development to China on current urban-rural integration construction, thus enriching the research fruits of urban-rural integration in China.
