西方空间生产等相关理论深刻揭示了城市空间与社会关系之间辩证互动的机理。本文将空间生产理论引入我国城市滨水空间开发的探讨之中,认为我国城市滨水空间正在面临不断被私有化的危险。对我国滨水空间生产的现状进行反思,认为社会主义国家的空间生产应该追求经济效益、社会公平与空间正义三者的平衡。以南京为例,分析了南京滨水空间生产的现状,同时揭示了中国城市普遍存在的滨水空间私有化倾向。针对这种倾向,提出我国滨水空间生产的规划建议,倡导建立城市规划白线制度。

Occidental theories about production of space and the relative fields have profoundly opened out the dialectic interaction between urban space and social relations.It introduces the theory about production of space into the exploitation of urban waterfront in China,which is confronted with privatization.Then it puts forward that production of space in socialistic countries should pursue the balance among economic benefit,social equity and spatial justice,on the basis of reflections on the actuality of urban waterfront in China.Taking Nanjing for example,it analyses the actuality of production of waterfront in Nanjing and meanwhile posts ubiquitous inclination of privatization of waterfront in Chinese cities.In allusion to the inclination,it advances some planning suggestions on production of waterfront and propounds to constitute the system of White line in urban planning.
