房地产是私有制的重要体现,是个人消费、投资与生活的重要保障。城市,作为人口与就业中心,其规划、管理与建设也必然受到个人权力的强有力影响。本文从个人房地产权对区划、交通规划、种族隔离、社区命名与调整等多方面的影响进行分析。

Owning property is one of the fundamental rights in the United States, and it is also an important means for personal investment. Inevitably itstrongly affects urban planning in the United States as well. This paper examines the issues of zoning, transportation planning, racial segregation,and district naming from the perspective of property rights.
