社区可持续性评估国际研究进展及中国展望

摘要:

随着“可持续发展”概念的提出,尤其是2001年可持续性科学的诞生,关于可持续社区的讨论逐渐成为诸多学科和领域关注的焦点。相较于社区可持续性评估国际研究的欣欣向荣,国内学界对该领域研究前沿的重视程度还有所欠缺。本文的主要内容包括:一是梳理国际研究对社区可持续性的定义,解析社区可持续性的内涵;二是开展SCI/SSCI数据库有关社区可持续性评估研究的文献计量,展示国际上社区可持续性评估研究的总体概况、主要学者、研究重点、研究主题演变及阶段划分;三是对中国社区可持续性相关概念和评估框架的本土化构建、发展机理、分类评估、规划范式以及治理方法库和政策集等五个方面进行展望。本研究希望为新时期我国社区可持续发展理论与实践探索提供科学参考和方向指引。

Abstract:

With the proposal of the concept of “sustainable development”, especially the birth of Sustainability Science in 2001, the discussion of sustainable communities has gradually become the focus of many disciplines and fields. Compared with the booming international research on community sustainability assessment, the domestic academic circles still lack of attention to the research frontier in this field. This paper mainly includes the following three contents. Firstly, this paper reviews the definitions of community sustainability in international studies and analysis the connotations of community sustainability. Secondly, the bibliometric of community sustainability assessment research in SCI/SSCI database will be carried out to show the general situation, main scholars, research focus, research topic evolution and stage division of international community sustainability assessment research. Thirdly, the author prospect the localization construction, development mechanism, classification and evaluation,planning paradigm, governance method library and policy set of related concepts and assessment framework of community sustainability in China. It is expected to provide scientific reference and direction for the theoretical and practical exploration of community sustainable development in China in the new era.
