纽约大都市地区是美国重要的社会经济区域之一；１９２０年代以来，纽约区域规划协会（ＲＰＡ）先后对该地区做过 ３次区域规划。本文根据有关材料，对这３次规划的渊源、内容及影响作一简单介绍。
Abstract：New York Metropolitan Region is an important region in America. Since 1920s. RPA has produced three plans to reconnect the region to its social economic foundations. and this paper gives an introduction of the origins. contents. and effects of these plans.
