本文简要介绍了后结构主义带来的“关系转向”思想背景，组装思想的起源、译法、主要含义，组装的作用和局限性以及本专辑的6篇文章。为使读者理解组装思想及其背后的德勒兹—瓜塔里哲学和行动者网络理论体系，笔者挑选并简要解释了以下概念：多元体，辖域/解域/强度/广延/质，潜在/现实/真实，块茎/树形图式，生成，能动性，物体或对象，行动者/行动素，演成，转译，扁平，对称。
Abstract：This paper briefly introduces the intellectual background of “relational turn” brought about by poststructuralism, the origin, Chinese translation, main meanings of the idea of assemblage, its contribution and restriction and the main contents of six papers in this special issue. In favor of easily understanding assemblage and its backdrop of Deleuze-Guattari philosophy and actor-network theory(ANT), the paper briefly explains the concepts of “multiplicity”,“territorialization/deterritorialization”, “intensity/extensity/quality”, “the virtual/the actual/the real”,“rhizome/arborescent schema”, “becoming”, “agency”,“object”, “actor/actant”, “enact”, “translation”, “flat”,and “symmetrical”.

(1)the virtual可译作“潜在”或“虚拟”，本专辑的文章选用“潜在”的译法。“潜在”在人类文化史中占有重要地位，例如人类学中的仪式研究，其“阈限”（liminoid）就是一种潜在。“潜在”也是人类心智的重要组成，例如梦、记忆、过去。德勒兹将此概念扩展至非人类事物。“潜在”这一概念具有可以捕捉虽存在但无形且不具体的活动和对象的性质，例如趋势。毫无疑问，以计算机为媒介的数字形式的赛博空间也是一种“潜在”。在中文世界，这种潜在被专称为“虚拟”“虚拟现实”。本专辑文章选择“潜在”而非“虚拟”译法的原因如下：一方面，“潜在”是目前大陆学界引介德勒兹作品的常用译法；另一方面，希望区别于狭义的计算机化赛博虚拟概念，避免读者陷入先入为主的认知中。
