在以人为中心的发展理念下，社区参与从“幕后文本”走向“台前行动”，破解知其义而收效甚微的迷思需要更具操作性的研究工具予以应对，源于西方理论、始于中国实践的影像发声法提供了可参考的增强路径。文章从影像发声法的概念、起源、行动过程等介绍了基于该方法的社区参与式设计之可行性，强调问题关切、批判对话和赋权变革的三阶目标，指出其具有丰富研究数据、参与门槛低和赋权于民等众多优势，但同时也需要注意伦理道德和强化影响深度；之后以加拿大社区健康环境项目为例，阐述了影像发声法的介入过程并展开阶段性反思；最后，从因地制宜、视听互构、程序正义、实施保障和空间治理等层面讨论了影像发声法对我国参与式社区规划的实践启示，旨在促进人人能够享有社区权利。
Abstract：Community participation has changed from “behind-the-scenes text” to “front-stage action” under the people-oriented development concept, and more operational research tools are needed to deal with the myth that the meaning of community participation is understood but the effect is little. The Photovoice method originated from western theory and Chinese practice provides a reference to enhance the path. This paper introduces the feasibility of enhancing community participation based on Photovoice from the concept, source and action process. It emphasizes that this method has the three-order goals of problem concern,critical dialogue and empowerment, and points out that it has many advantages such as rich research data, low threshold of participation and empowerment, and at the same time, we should pay attention to the strengthening of ethics and the depth of influence. Then, taking the Canadian Community Healthy Environment project as an example, the intervention process of voicing by video is illustrated, and periodic reflection is carried out. Finally,this paper discusses the practical implications and application potential of Photovoice in participatory community planning in China from the perspectives of adaptation to local conditions, audio-visual interaction, procedural justice, implementation guarantee and spatial governance, aiming to promote the enjoyment of community rights by all.
